What is YourEmblem.com?
YourEmblem is a way to make a unique set of initials or a phrase to make your special posessions unique! You can put YourEmblem on your car, motor-cycle, boat--or almost anything that has a hard, smooth surface. You can choose initials that are meaningful to your (such as "VNB" for Vinny, Nancy's Boy; or "MFH" for "My First Honda") or add a word like "Super" or "Speed" to make your car stand out.
What are the letters made of? Do you offer any guarantee about rusting?
It is made of aluminum coated with PVC. So there would not be any rusting problem and PVC resists two things that hate each other: fire and water. Because of its water resistance it is used to make raincoats and shower curtains, and of course, water pipes. It has flame resistance, too, because it contains chlorine.

What are the dimensions of your letters?
Each emblem is about 0.75"(wide) x 1"(high), Some characters (such as the love sign, @ symbol, or & sign) may have a different width.
Can YourEmblem make customized logos?

What is your Return policy?
We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. We carefully fill your order from the information you type in on our website. We want you to be completely delighted with the emblem you have created. When you receive YourEmblem, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not charge any restocking fees but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
How do I attach this Emblem?
Simply follow the instructions from insert card you will receive with your Emblem.
• Carefully clean the desired location on your car
(Soap and water works well. Make sure the area is dry- use a paper
towel)
• Make a straight line on the car with masking tape or a wax pencil.
(this will be bottom of the letters.)
• Line up the letters above with the spacing you prefer.
• Take each letter one by one.
(Carefully remove the white plastic backing and place the letters on
the car.)
• Press the letters firmly into place, and remove the masking tape or
carefully clean off the wax pencil.
Are YourEmblem letters permanent?
We use the letters as major manufacturers use for initial production. If you have applied them carefully, they should last as long as you own your car.
Can I remove my Emblem?
You should consider your Emblem to be permanently attached. Be careful: attempting to remove the letters once you have installed them might damage the paint finish.
What is the best way to clean the body of my car before attach my emblem?
Soap and water works well. Make sure the area is dry -- use a paper towel.
How long does it take to arrive at my door?
We ship USPS first class mail. Ground service is 1-6 days depending on how far away from Virginia you are. Ground service within Virginia generally takes 1-2 business day. We can arrange express shipping option.
Do you ship International orders?
Send us an email with your information, including city, country, and your chosen letter for YourEmblem. We will calculate total including information about shipping and email for approval. If you confirm your order, note that your country may charge custom duty.
Can I get extra discount for ordering several copies of the same Emblem for my company or team?

Can I use my Emblem on something other than my car?
Of course! You can apply your emblems to anything that has a smooth, clean surface. The letters will not stick well to a soft surface such as fabric or leather. Since the letters are made for automobiles, we can not guarantee that they will hold up in rough use if you put them in a place where they receive a lot of wear and tear. However, you can be creative!
We?™ve been trying to find a way to make custom emblem cheaply as possible.
There are some companies make single custom order of emblem. Usually, they use metal cutter to carve metal. We tend not to make emblem by milling machine. Because, surface of these emblems are not smooth as our emblem and quality is not good enough you expected. In order to make emblem as same quality as we are selling now, we should make heavy metal mold which requires huge amount of investment. (Max. size 5 by 5 inch) and plus minimum order should be at least 1000 pcs. Final cost of each emblem should be at least $3.50. If you think this price is competitive for you, then send me an email for more detail of your idea. One good example for custom order emblem would be our FISH emblem. This was originally from our customer?™s custom order. It came out very nicely done emblem.

Please make sure you type in right foreign address, and make sure you choose ?œInternational shipping methods?? We ONLY ship to International order as priority mail, because there many missing mails when we ship as regular mail and takes more time to receive by our customer.
