Guarantee / Return Policy
• We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not charge any restocking fees and you will be responsible for all shipping charges for priority and express mail. Also, since we are providing free shipping for ground shipping option, you are responsible for $2 shipping fee if you choose free shipping option.

How we ship
• Each shipping rate is fixed and applies to a complete order and not to each item ordered. For example, if you order five letters via ground service your total shipping charge will be only $3.40 (USPS, first class mail).
• Your order will ship within one business day. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday. If you place an order on Friday, it will ship on Monday. Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we ship Monday through Friday.
• Express Overnight orders received before noon here in San Francisco should ship the same day.
• In the unlikely event we are out of stock on an Emblem you want, we will notify you at once, and of course we will not charge your card.
• If you have a special shipping need, contact us by e-mail and we'll try to take care of it for you.
• We ship using USPS First Class mail. Delivery takes 1-6 days depending now how far away from San Francisco you are. First class mail service within California generally takes 1-2 business day.

Security
• We process Internet orders using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) the standard for providing secure Internet transactions. Your credit card will be processed through Authorize.net
